This is such a flavorful chicken recipe! Definitely a keeper recipe!
Sol Food Pollo al Horno

1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 tablespoon kosher salt (I omit)
2 teaspoons garlic salt (I do a combination of 1 teaspoon
garlic salt and 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
8 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
