Seasoned Taco Meat

1 1/4 pounds ground beef
2 small onions, finely chopped
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until
meat is no longer pink; drain. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
